I just had The Vent doctor Clean my dryer vent as well as properly secure the dryer duct coming out of the dryer to the duct in the wall. They notified me when they were on their way and it was easily within the time frame given.

From their Office to their technicians....They were professional, neat, efficient, and listened to my concerns with the way the duct used to be connected. They quickly came up with a solution and I am very satisfied.

They cleared all the lint and cleaned up after they were done.

I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Ps: I didn't have to ask...and only the really good ones do this....They removed their shoes before walking into the house...

As far as their pricing....I was happy to pay the invoice...You get what you pay for (I did not think they were expensive.) and I feel they were very well worth it!

Billy came and cleaned out all our vent ducts and returns after we finished some big renovations in our house. It was very apparent that the previous owners had never gotten them cleaned.
